These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the hibaee platform and all of its services. By accessing the hibaee website or creating an account, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. If an attempt is made to open multiple accounts under the same person's name, using the same payment method or from the same device, all associated accounts will be cancelled and all balances may be forfeited.

3.3 Account Closure

A user may request account closure at any time via live chat or email. Before the account is closed, the opportunity to withdraw any available balance will be provided; however, bonus funds cannot be withdrawn without meeting the wagering requirements.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on the hibaee platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for deposit and to the user's own account.

4.3 Withdrawal Prerequisites

• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• If the wagering requirements of any active bonus have not been met, the bonus portion cannot be withdrawn.
• If there is any suspicion of fraud on the account, the withdrawal may be temporarily suspended.
• The payment account used for withdrawals must be registered in the user's own name.

All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Depositing or withdrawing funds using a third-party account is strictly prohibited.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users have the opportunity to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit of up to ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,000 and a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳18,000 or more gives the maximum bonus of ৳8,000 and a total balance of ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before bonus funds can be withdrawn, a 25x wagering requirement must be met. This means that after the bonus is activated, bets totalling 25 times the bonus amount must be placed.

5.3 VIP Program and Cashback

The hibaee VIP program has five tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

VIP tiers advance through regular play. Each cashback offer is subject to its own separate terms and conditions.

If bonus system abuse occurs — such as claiming bonuses from multiple accounts or using any strategic method to avoid meeting bonus requirements — hibaee reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

6.1 Game Operation

All games available on the hibaee platform are operated by reputable international software providers such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming and NetEnt. All game outcomes are governed by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology and are completely fair.

6.2 Sports Betting

For cricket betting (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and ICC tournaments) and other sports betting, each market's own rules apply. If an event is cancelled, postponed or incomplete, the relevant bet will be settled in accordance with standard sports betting rules.

6.3 Live Casino

Live casino games feature real dealers and are broadcast live. If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, bets will be settled in accordance with the software provider's rules.

6.4 Technical Errors

If a technical error causes an incorrect result to be displayed, hibaee reserves the right to void or correct that bet. Any payment made in error due to a technical fault will be recovered.

Users are granted a limited, non-transferable permission to use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes. This permission may be revoked at any time.

10.1 Service Availability

hibaee strives to ensure uninterrupted service on the platform, however the service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or other reasons. hibaee does not accept liability for compensation in the event of such disruptions.

10.2 Third-Party Content

Game software available on the platform is operated by third-party providers. hibaee is not directly responsible for the performance or accuracy of these games.

10.3 Gaming Losses

The user is solely responsible for any financial losses resulting from participation in gaming. hibaee's liability shall not exceed the limits set by applicable law under any circumstances.
